I am having a problem with the checkout fields. I did an initial test purchase and just entered random stuff in the fields but now that random text is ALWAYS there. It doesnt clear. And its not just on my computer (I cleared the cache), its visible to all users and really doesnt look good.

How do I clear these fields? Please help. I have 2 sites I need to go live with and this is a real issue!

I purchased the gold cart and I’m using Version 3.7.5.3.

    Thank you!

I have posted initially about this as well but according to Instinct, it is only visible when you are logged in as either a user or an admin. But you seem to claim that same info shows across different users, now that's definitely a no no....

I hope support is reading this post if its really happening the way you said...

Can you go to a fresh PC that hasn't used the site before, DON'T log in to the site, add a product to the cart, and go to checkout. You should find that the form is blank [They are for me if I visit your site]

The details are only remembered for logged in users.

Quick question: I found that it isn't just being logged in - a cookie is being set for the site in the browser.

I'd like to find a way to clear this, or not set it at all. Along with basic fields for contact information, my order form asked people for other information for us to complete services and installs. Keeping this information and populating each time is problematic for us.

Can someone point me to where the cookie is being set so I can control this?

    Thanks!
