I have WP e-Commerce installed on the latest version of Wordpress MU. I want the store to have a completely different look than the rest of my Wordpress site. However, WP e-Commerce automatically includes the header and footer of the current Wordpress theme. In the WP e-Commerce files there is no get_header() or get_footer() functions. How can I make it so my store has a completely different theme?

You could create a new custom template for your WordPress theme with a different header and footer, and apply this template to the WordPress pages that are used by Wp e-Commerce.
