I get this error page

Server error

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://zensei.com/my-cart/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Here are some suggestions:

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.
Please help .
It happened after I upgraded wordpress e commerce shop from the previous version to the latest version (3.8.7.6.2) . My gold cart plugin is up to date (2.9.4).
How do I fix this error message and proceed to payment and billing page ?
My Cart http://zensei.com/my-cart/ and checkout page http://zensei.com/shop/checkout/ are working, but My cart does not connect to checkout and i receive this error above.
Please help
