I am not able to add new fields to my checkout form. When you select to add a new field a new field shows up, but it will not let me change the type or unique name. I would like to restore the default settings for the checkout form, but I can’t figure out how to do this.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I don’t recall 100%, but maybe you need to click on SAVE/UPDATE after you add the field before you can change unique name and add other options..
