Country Field Always Empty

andrewmcconville New Member	My checkout page has no options in the country box for shipping. Because of this the customer can not get a shipping rate. On my other site USA is the only option and that is fine. The site is here: http://northamericanbio.com/products-page/checkout/ Any ideas?

andrewmcconville New Member	I “fixed” this problem by setting target markets to none, updated. Then sett it back to USA and updated.
