I had wp e-commerce and the gold cart activated and working on studioljewelry.com. Then I had to delete the entire website from the server and start with a fresh install of WordPress. I’ve activated the wp e-commerce plugin and now I’m trying to activate the gold cart. It says the API key is incorrect. When I hit the reset API key button nothing happens. I just keep getting the API key is incorrect message. Can someone please help me figure this out? It seems as though the API key is not resetting, which is not something I have any control over.

I purchased the Gold Cart and I cannot get support because it won’t accept my API key.

Can someone help and is there an email where one can get support because it is frustrating that you pay for something that you can’t access just to get some help as I am having an error come up in shipping which I can’t correct.

Sorry for my English,
Yesterday I bought Gold premium card, but did not receive API Key when sending, sending it immediately or after a few days. thanks

Hi Guys ,

I am also having the same problem . I have installed a local version of wordpress to test the goldcart and then removed it and installed gold cart on server version but now api is not working it is saying incorrect api .

Should I reset the api after entering the old API key ?
