I need help. Please respond if someone can. I can upload multiple pics of the product, but the pictures don’t show up in the site. Just one image comes up. Can someone please help.

I keep getting this error “Sorry, the API key was incorrect.”

I reset the API Key many times… its not active in any other domain.

Please help, I paid for this plugin and I need to get this working ASAP!

So I uploaded the gold cart files into my plugins directory, activated it (though I didn’t see any prompting for an API key which I’ve heard mention of here) and nothing has changed. No additional features, views, nothing. What am I missing?

I have the API key from when I downloaded the gold cart plugin, but that is all. When I went to activate the gold cart plugin, it stated that the API key was incorrect. I’ve reset it ten times to no avail. HELP! I have a store that I MUST get live in the next week for a client.

Yes, I’m also having activation issues that are quite frustrating! Activated on local server OK, but now won’t activate on live server. And support doesn’t seem to be very active on these forums, are they?

BTW, on the “Store Upgrades” page of my dashboard, there is a link to documentation, but for some reason it opens this thread which is not overly helpful. Perhaps the link should be updated.

And I’m planning to move my site again… So I want to know how to do this without getting help from you (if this is possible). Because As I saw… well… you need to solve this to many users.

I am really really frustrating. I activate gold cart plug in OK and make it works fine on my localhost but now I can not get it to work on my server, I reset API key many many time but it keep saying “Sorry, the API key was incorrect.” Can anyone help ? I need the site go live very soon
