We’re having problems deleting WP e-commererce fully to do a reinstall. We tried to reinstall and all the original settings where there and now things are out of order. How do we start from scratch? We’re also still having problems with the products page thumbnail display as well, thumbnail is still cropped and not properly displaying.

Deactivating/reactivating and deleting the plugin will NOT remove the plugin’s settings. That is because all settings and products..etc are all in the database.
.
So if you want to start from scratch, you either pick and choose the items to delete in the database or if you don’t have any important items in WordPress, delete the whole database and re-create and reinstall WordPress as well.
