Hi there, well it was the weekend… Also since your site is localhost we can’t view the site and you haven’t provided us any information about your set up so it’s more than hard to help out… If you let us know your set up, someone can try to duplicate the errors. |

I have WordPress 3.0 with wp e-commerce 3.8.1 and WPML 2.0.4.1. I am building an eshop for a client. He wants the eshop to work in Greek(Default Language) and in English. Also when i click on an English category the products in English come up but when i click on a single product the “/en” does not come up, it is missing, as a result i get a 404 page. I would be very thankfull if you helped me. |

i am sorry but this is not free support. This is a buggy thing in WP E-Commerce. It should be working with WPML but it doesn’t translate properly the products translated links and the products page. Am i missing something??? |

Free as in these particular forums are for free support. We who give support answers don’t get paid for our time. In other words we are here just because we want to give back to the community. That of course means everyone is doing this outside of their work and family/free-time. If you want “free paid support” as in you have paid for your products, then either contact the WPEC Premium support or whatever support WPML has. |

Hi there, Hanna, hope all is well! I’m very much looking for some help as described *i think* above. I am happy to pay for a fix and give you access to my site if needed to debug. I know everyone is super duper busy I’ve posted my findings on a few forums but havent found anyone to help me as yet, I am hoping you might? I’m using: 1. Products Page In English (using the lang switcher) – No products display at all I can see that it add’s the /en/ into the URL as per my settings… However when I go to a sub category like “Baking” the products display in english: I’ve also noticed that when in German, my permalink structure uses the english Products page… When it really should be: I know you can change the slug of your pages but I’ve even tried recreating the products but no matter what I do it comes up with the english taxonomy. Then comes the checkout issue…. which I’m sure is related…. 2. Checkout Selecting the checkout link (not widget) next to the my account text and it works I cannot however go via the widget in the top right hand corner. I was thinking about launching in just German(defualt) and disabling WPML. 3. Checkout Translation Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated, I’m trying to get this site out live and I’d love to know what I am doing wrong and help to get WPML & wp-commerce fixed and working 100% for the rest of the world!! Thanks in advance! |
