T3Kaos	I have installed the plugin however whenever I try to access a page bearing the shortcode [productspage] the page comes up completely blank (visit both http://z01.co.uk/products and https://z01.co.uk/products to see the example). I have installed and reinstalled the plugin about 4 different times, each time ensuring that my dBase is cleaned in between and still the same problem. Any ideas?

vark Resident Expert Trusted	Hi, First, remove the https plugin/setup you\’re using (while solving this issue). Possibly other plugins/theme are conflicting with wpec as well.

rmazin New Member	I am having the same issue: - New install of WP - New install of wp-ecommerce - everything but products page seems to work. Product page is just blank. Any ideas? this post is 48 days old I will repost.

Michelle Resident Expert	Hi rmazin, Don’t repost I can help you in this topic if you like, Can you confirm for me that you have the [productspage] shortcode entered as the page content for your products page? Also that the page is not a draft but is defiantly published? Can you provide a link to your store as well? Thanks Michelle

surfmonkey New Member	I am having a similar problem. My site uses: Word Press version 3.3.1 theme Slidingdoors version 2.6.1 plugin WP eCommerce version 3.8.7.6.2. I have been using the three of these together for a few months for our web store. Today I Updated WP eCommerce to version 3.8.7.6.2. When I did, the Product Page (my web store) DISAPPEARED from my website??? When you click on the “slidingdoor” or buttom for the Web Store/Product Page, it brings up a blank page??? However, all the products are still in the database, and Products & Store still appear on the Dashboard’s sidebar. Also, the sub-pages under the Web Store (Checkout, Purchase Confirmation, etc.) are still there and still work when clicked on. How do I reconnect the Product Page with the “slidingdoor” that it is supposed to be connected to? How do I fix this?

nymichael New Member	Similar problem with the plugin. I just installed the plugin WP eCommerce version 3.8.7.6.2 on Word Press version 3.3.1. I added one product but my Product Page is blank. Besides for activating the plugin and adding products, is there any other configurations necessary to get the shop up and running? Besides for the presentation settings etc – I configured those already.

GeeMade New Member	Hey guys, I installed the plugin not too long ago, but I get an error message on my Product Page. Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/content/78/7713478/html/blog/wp-includes/query.php on line 27 I am assuming there is a line of code that is missing, but I am not 100% sure. Does this seem familiar to anyone? All help is much appreciated!

yogabody New Member	I am having the same problem Products page- when view on my website there is nothng to see when I edit page the productspage shortcode is there on html, the shopping trolley picture is there on visual and all menus show public and published. The accounts pages and other pages show some text but not the products page Please help! Thank Sarra

todd New Member	Yes, We have had this issue also. No product page. Links do not seem to work. [mp_store_link] ect… Make a new page add link and nothing…. We have full server access and this is a new install of wp as of 3-29-2012 We had fresh install of wp and only this plugin…For now we have disabled it till we get some help to make it work correct. We use a theme called Feast and most plugin seem to work. We have tested 20 or so now. We just need a little help correcting this plug in so we can offer products from our restaurant in thailand. Thanks

spwidoff New Member	Same Problems. I have successfully installed, entered in products and can view them on individual product pages, but only get a blank page when trying to view the collective “products” page or cart. The proper shortcode is entered and published.

chadbryant New Member	I too am getting the product page not found, the URL that it is trying to resolve to is: //products-page/ and I have even set the Permalink setting for the products page to http://localhost/remote_test_site/products-page/ and still SAME RESULTS! HELP! This is delaying a deploy of my site! Thank you!

tsol68 New Member	Hi everyone, I am new to this software and forum. I was having the same problem as described in numerous posts here; a fresh install of WP and e-commerce but my products page was not displaying. I am also running this on a WAMP 2.2d server. I solved it for myself and maybe it will fix the issue for some of you….. I had to turn on the mod_rewrite module. In my version of WAMP, go to Apache > Apache Modules and enable rewrite_module (by putting a check next to it). Wait for Apache to reload and that’s it!
