Dan Milward, I’ve tried using your contact form on your site with no success. When I click SEND the wheel just spins forever.
I have an international shipping issue using the FedEx plugin. Would love some help.
Cannot get the international shipping to work on our site. I have setup and turned FedEx shipping on. Works just fine for domestic (U.S.) shipping when a valid zipcode is inputted. When I put a valid postal code for the U.K. for example, I get an error that states: “Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight. Please double check your destination details.”
I have gone through your troubleshooting steps and have tried the testing environment button both on and off.
So international doesn’t work and domestic does. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello,
I am looking for some help with the shipping using USPS. Everything gives correct rates, except when the product itself is over 30 pounds. I have one product that is 80 pounds and one that is 120.
It just gives me the error: Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight. Please double check your destination details.
What do I need to do to fix this? If there is not a fix, what are my options? I tried adding a weight rate, but that does not work at all. It just shows up on all the other products as well.
Please help ASAP

I sent a support request to ECSQuest nearly two months ago and never heard ANYTHING. My store is still closed and I had to move to Etsy, which is really frustrating. Can someone advise another way to get support for the USPS plugin? The WPEC 3.8.8 update did nothing to help solve my problems.

Here’s what happens for me: You get stuck in a loop. You go to checkout, enter your state/ZIP code, select desired USPS shipping option, confirm your address, and then BAM you’re bounced right back to “enter your state and ZIP code”. Here in Ohio, we are legally required to charge sales tax on shipping. I disabled that to rule out that as a potential problem, and the “loop” still occurs. I do not want to use table rate shipping because either I or my customers get ripped off (I sell a low profit margin product, and I can’t eat the cost of extra shipping).

I even went so far as to try a clean install of WordPress, reinstall WPEC, reinstall theme, etc. Didn’t help at all. I’m using a GREAT theme and the theme writer tried to solve the problem but there was nothing he could do. I am NOT a developer.

So, people at ECSQuest, if you’re reading this, please… people are trying to get help from you!
