I was having problems with download links not being activated when returning from PayPal or Google (the database wasn’t being updated) and I’ve upgraded to WP- e-commerce v 3.8.7.6.1 to see if that fixed it. All I now get is “Sorry your transaction was not accepted” when returning from the payment gateways (sandbox mode). Any ideas on how to fix it? The difference in `wp_wpsc_purchase_logs.user_ID` is that it now has a value of 1 instead of 0, I haven’t checked any other tables.

I have the same issue … the latest update killed my checkout. anyone?
How … does one go back to previous release? I can not find an archive of plugins.

Solution: I reverted back to 3.8.7.5 – an archive of releases can be found here:

Thanks leewillis77 that’s fixed that particular problem. My problem now, which I had before, is that download links don’t become activated after payment has been made and the user returns to the website. I’ve tried PayPal standard 2.0 & Google Checkout and both give the same results. The item’s status remains as ‘Incomplete Sale’ and is not being set to ‘Accepted Payment’. I’ll start a new thread.

I have WP-eCommerce 3.8.7.6.2 installed and using GoldCart 2.9.7 – – I am getting the “Sorry your transaction was not accepted, click here to go back to checkout page” message upon purchase even though the charge goes through on authorize.net – – was this not fixed with 3.8.7.6.2?
GoldCart was configured with authorize.net properly, but the transaction results page continuously shows the error message.
The transaction results page as well as the Checkout Pages are “children” of the Products page, but I am using the shopping cart widget. Would love some help with this please:

I’m having similar errors when going to payPal. I have WP-eCommerce 3.8.7.6.2 installed and updated GoldCart 2.9.6 – – Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the mailing address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.
, Return to merchant” message upon purchase. Would love some help with this please. All details in Paypal settings correct?

I too am getting the “Sorry your transaction was not accepted, click here to go back to checkout page” message upon purchase even though the charge goes through and I get an email with an active download link for the ebook.
