in your translation system have tr_TR lang package.
But we don’t download it. Can you share this package with us?

i solved this problem.
while i was examining this plugin, i saw in lang folder, wpsc-tr.po and wpsc-tr.mo. But Turkish language shortname is tr_TR ( not tr ).
if you rename this files you solve this problem. your website is Turkish now!
ALERT FOR MODERATOR OR ADMIN
Please rename our(Turkish) language files like in my comment.

arkadaşlar eklentinin içinde Türkçe dil dosyaları mevcut.
Fakat dosya ismi yanlış olduğundan WordPress bu dili okumuyor.
“/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-languages” dizinine girip wpsc-tr.po ve wpcsc-tr.mo dosyalarını wpsc-tr_TR.po ve wpsc-tr_TR.mo olarak güncellediğinizde Türkçe olarak çalışacaktır.

so if you have a Turkish language file, then how would you tell the system to use this tr_TR file instead of en_EN??
