I am using WP Shopping Cart 3.6.10 and when I check out with Google I get the following error page:

Oops!
We were unable to process your request.

In “Ecommerce–>Settings–>Payments” where you configure Google Checkout, there is a link that says “Set Shipping Countries”…click that and make sure that you have at least 1 country selected.

See if that helps.

That should be it.

Just make sure your Google Checkout credentials are entered correctly. Also, are you using Sandbox or Production? Try production if you’re not already using that option.

I am new for WP. any one can help me. I am using PayPal checkout. while i am click check out page it shows :

1. Your billing/contact details
2. Shipping details

now i dont need shipping address.

how to i remove the shipping address

I also want to remove all shipping address info from the checkout page because all products are downloadable rather than shippable.

Has anyone found a way to do this? I thought it would have been as easy as selecting “no” under shipping options, “Use Shipping” question If you are only selling digital downloads, you should select no to disable the shipping on your site.

But this doesn’t seem to do anything, is there a fix?

Ok I figured out a work around, under “settings/Checkout Options” I just deleted all the form fields that were related to shipping.
