Hi! I just installed it and it vvorks. I mean it changes the values of the price. But it says that 1 EUR = 1.17 GBP but today it’s 0,856.
Are vve suposed to update these values manually?

The currencies are all wrong. How do I change them?

  7. Tim November 26, 2011 at 12:52 am

Same here, currency rates are incorrect. How do we change this? Could anyone at GetShopped please give some guidance?

  8. Marc December 1, 2011 at 10:01 pm

It updates the prices but not the currency symbol… also where does it get the rates from? Surely they’re automatically updated and accurate..

  9. Albino December 6, 2011 at 4:18 pm

No the prices don’t seem to be automatically updated, no idea where they get the rates from but it doesn’t seem to work and no-one is answering any questions. I was tempted to buy the Gold edition but don’t think I will now as it has taken over 10 days and still no reply!

Hi, Just installed this on a new WP 3.3.1 and Wpec 3.8.7.6.2

My site uses Japanese yen which means I had to modify the processing.functons.php and manually change the decimals to “0″
to get the prices to show as 10,000Yen instead of 10,000.00Yen.

So after installing this app I found these problems:
    1) Currency conversion on actual widget is correct!
    Price on products grossly wrong i.e. 10,000yen = 1,000,000yen instead of 100yen

2)Currency symbol did not change always YEN

3)2 Decimals did not show up on the USD conversion (This may be because I had to modify the proccesing.functions.php to remove them in the first place)

I hope anyone with a little knowledge of PHP might find the errors in this and get this working. Net sales are almost all international nowadays and this is one of those plugins I would like to promote.

PayPal is now increasing it’s international exchange rates to 4% we need to start using Japanese yen as our base currency but we need our site to show the value in USD, CND, Euro etc. this is a must! Please someone reply with at least a hint of what could be done to fix the issues!
