Just curious, does the Product Importer support images?

    • Dustin May 6, 2011 at 4:00 am

This version does support image uploads. With that said, it only supports url image uploads, the next version of the plugin will allow you to upload images from your computer directly. So you would have to upload them to WordPress and copy the url over to the csv and then upload. Please keep in mind that all future upgrades are free of charge after the initial purhcase. I am also accepting feature requests for the plugin also. Want something added then just let me know.

For anyone that purchases the plugins here is a 20% off coupon. Just use the coupon code twentyoff to get the discount.

I purchased this plugin for a site that we’re working on, and cannot get it working. It comes with no instructions, and I’ve both created a folder in the plugins directory for the php file and also uploaded it everywhere I could think of…the WordPress admin doesn’t reflect it at all. I’ve opened a support request, but have received no response at all. I would advise NOT paying for this plugin until it either works, or they have a bit more professionalism in the sale and support of the plugin.

      Hi Monica,

You will need to unzip the file. The php file should be uploaded to “/wp-content/plugins/”.
Activate WPEC Coupon Importer in the “Plugins” admin panel using the “Activate” link

After activation you will see WPEC Coupon Import listed under Settings in the WordPress admin panel.

You can download a sample csv file if needed to help with the formatting of your coupons.

Please let me know if I can do anything else for you.

    Hi Dustin,.

Just wondering if you can also set up the conditioning with your plugin.
The importing works, but now i need to make sure that the vouchers are only valid for one item in my shop. Can you help me out?

I would also need the coupon to be a one-time use. Is that possible with your plugin?

  9. Chris January 24, 2012 at 9:48 am

Hi – I’ve recently purchased and installed this plugin. The example .csv shows a way to add conditions to the coupons.

Can you PLEASE outline how to use these conditions.

I would like to import also the condition e.g.:

in the field named “condition”. This is not implemented in wpec-import-coupon.php, but is there maybe a fix?

    Please let me know.
    Thanks: jan@kallisto.nl

so has there been an update on using conditions in the importer? this is pretty important…

  12. PJ July 11, 2012 at 2:48 am

HI – just looking to see if we can get some information on how to include conditions into the file since you can see that the thought is there with the example csv file. I see a few people have inquired about this and just wanted to see if I can get some more info too about this since I use conditions for many of my coupons.
