Premium Upgrades Files

We are currently redoing the way we deliver our plugin updates to you in the mean time if you're after files for any plugins that are not Gold Carts then please fill out the form below.

If you're after a Gold Cart then Get your API Key ready and enter it below! please be careful not to include any whitespaces.

Your GetShopped File Updates

Please fill out as much information as you can below so we can look up your purchase and email you your updates. We will email update files Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM NZST
  • If you Have your paypal purchase receipt or your Getshopped reciept then please attach this - you don't need to answer any of the other questions just enter in the email address you would like your files sent to.
  • Enter the name(s) of the plugins you require updates for
  • This is the email address you would like your files sent to.
  • If you used a different name at checkout then please use that name
  • This is the email address you used at checkout
  • This will be on your Getshoped receipt, or you can find it on your PayPal receipt - its the Invoice ID (note this is different from the transaction ID)
  • This is on your purcahse receipt that gets emails from Getshopped
