This plugin provides two shipping modules for the WP E-Commerce system that offer shipping: – By weight and continent – By weight and country / region
Quotes can be calculated either by looking up the entire cart total weight against the configured weight bands, or alternatively by looking up each individual item, and summing up the individual costs.
This plugin also provides an online tool to allow you to split countries into whatever regions are relevant for your business.

I had a shipping module in eshop that worked great and can’t find an equivilant of it for WPEC.
Basically, I want to eliminate the weight factor all together.
I would like to say…
USA – $3.00
Canada – $6.00
Norway – $26.00

Is it possible to set the rate for each region on a per product basis? My client has some items being shipped from Australia and some from Canada. Or even per category? Just trying to figure out the best way to handle this.
Lees plugin currently does not allow for per product, per region weight. Im not to sure if there are any plugins out there that do.
I think you would be best to include some of the extra shipping for these products into the products price then use lees plugin to work out the rates for the buyers destination.
